There have been many changes to our practice and our profession over the years I have been qualified. Hearing aids have dramatically improved in their abilities and have little in common with the ones I first worked with. While hearing aids have become dramatically better than they were even five years ago, our concepts about what we do and what we provide, to deliver better hearing in our hearing aid centres is also different.
